USA GPC Genuine Parts Company, operating under the NAPA brand, seeks a Store Pro to be the primary customer contact in our Honolulu store. You will provide accurate automotive parts solutions, engage customers with a high level of service, and support both retail and wholesale needs leveraging POS and catalog tools.

The role emphasizes teamwork, responsiveness, and product knowledge to drive loyalty, assist with inventory control, and contribute to fast-paced store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Customer-focused with ability to listen and solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers, and support logistics and fulfillment.
