Qualifications

• Requires: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and execute programs like Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot.
• Ensure staffing for the retail sales counter during peak hours and weekends.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store and store transfers promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure policy compliance and training updates.
