O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a friendly Parts Specialist to deliver top-tier service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, help select merchandise, and support management in daily tasks while processing transactions accurately and resolving customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to multitask, handling in-store and phone customers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Support daily image maker and planogram updates; stock shelves and organize.
• Perform daily operational tasks including merchandise returns to distribution centers.
• Operate store test equipment after training and approvals.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, diagnostic scans) where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
