O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will engage in product selection, upselling related items, and handling phone inquiries.

The role involves processing transactions, returns, and daily store operations, including stock and fronting, with opportunities for career growth within a stable retailer.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers via phone, locate parts, quote prices, and upsell items.
• Handle cash transactions, returns, and keep cash drawer secure.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store operations and image updates as trained.
