O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management with daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may enhance customer interactions across in-store and phone support.

The role emphasizes promoting customer service programs, accurate cash handling, order lookups, price quotes, and related selling. Training and occasional driving responsibilities may also be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet customers, assist them in selecting merchandise, and support installer/service staff as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Maintain cash drawer, handle cash/checks, and process credit card transactions.
• Address customer complaints and resolve them amicably.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, freight, and shelf replenishment.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive deliveries as needed.
