Responsibilities

• Greet retail walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash transactions, returns, and exchanges per policy; process credit card transactions.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Assist with stocking, planogram updates, freight receipt, and daily store operations.
• Perform in-store services (installation of wipers, batteries, etc.) where allowed by state/local laws.
