Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Follow and promote company customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed for professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, exchanges and returns per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and recommend items.
• Perform daily operational tasks including stock updates, planograms, and freight receival.
