Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in store at the same time.
• Spanish language skills desired; knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
• Familiar with automotive cataloging and ASE certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Answer store calls, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process payments accurately.
• Support stock updates, planogram changes, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services and basic vehicle checks as trained.
