O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail, installer, and professional customers. The role includes greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing payments, and handling returns with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a busy store environment. Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desired: Familiar with automotive parts, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers with selections and service.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer; handle cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform in-store services and light maintenance as trained.
