O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, handling calls, processing payments, and resolving issues while following company programs and policies. Opportunities exist for career growth and training.

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer and process payments.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Help with daily image maker and planogram updates; stock shelves.
