Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service for retail and installer customers. You will assist store management, greet customers, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.

The role includes cash handling, returns processing, and occasional in-store services and deliveries, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. ASE certification and knowledge of automotive parts are valued, and training will be provided to operate store equipment and assist

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, and automotive sales or service (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail/walk-in customers with merchandise selection.
• Support professionals in serving installer customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions, including returns per policy.
• Answer store calls per policy and provide quotes and related items.
• Perform in-store services and simple diagnostics per training and state laws.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when needed and allowed by policy.
