Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers in a friendly manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process exchanges/returns for credit per policy.
• Maintain cash drawer, process payments, and handle receipts.
• Perform in-store services and occasional vehicle-related tasks as trained.
• Support daily image maker and planogram updates, inventory tasks.
