Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in accomplishing tasks. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, process exchanges and returns, handle cash and card transactions, and help with stock, planograms, and basic in-store services.

Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification and automotive parts knowledge are a plus, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and handle customers in-store and on the phone.
• Bilingual Spanish is highly desired and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling opportunities.
• Process exchanges and returns, handle cash/credit transactions, and provide accurate pricing information.
• Maintain cash drawer, stock shelves, and assist with planogram updates and daily store tasks.
• Assist with in-store services and drive deliveries as needed by business.
