Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You may assume shift management duties when managers are unavailable.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Key duties include leading team members in delivering outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers, managing everyday store processes, handling returns, orders, and communications, and ensuring accurate invoicing

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is desirable.
• ASE Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and team execution.
• Answer telephone according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently; use outside purchase order ledger.
