Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Responsibilities include leading the team to deliver exceptional service, handling BOPIS and transfers, processing returns, invoicing merchandise, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom service levels and program execution.
• Answer phones per company policy.
• Process BOPIS, transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Manage returns and refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise invoicing before sale.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure clock-in/out and adherence to schedules.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
