Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role may assume shift management duties in their absence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• RSS Certification required or pursued.
• Retail sales experience preferred, auto parts knowledge a plus.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge beneficial.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and ensure proper execution of programs.
• Handle store operations including opening/closing duties and security procedures.
• Ensure accurate invoicing of merchandise and proper handling of returns and exchanges.
