Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in absence of store leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes leading team members, maintaining service standards, and handling a variety of store processes including BOPIS and transfers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• ASE Certification desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and execute service programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Perform opening/closing duties, cash handling, and secure deposits per policy.
• All other duties as assigned.
