O'Reilly Auto Parts in Epping, NH seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high-quality service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and involves greeting customers, assisting with parts selection, and handling transactions and returns.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience with automotive parts, cataloging, and related sales is desirable; ASE certification and multilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
• ASE certification is desirable (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform daily store operations and stock duties.
• Operate store test equipment after training.
• Drive deliveries when needed.
