Job summary

O\'Reilly Auto Parts in Massachusetts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role may assume shift management in their absence. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading store teams, ensuring service levels, processing orders and returns, and maintaining accurate invoicing and merchandise handling while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure phone calls follow policy.
• Ensure buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders are processed timely and communicated to customers.
