Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding customer service
• Must be able to multitask handling customers in-store and on the phone
• Bilingual candidates encouraged; Spanish language skills are highly desired

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail/walk-in customers with merchandise selection
• Support management and installer service specialists for professional customers
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote low-price guarantee
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions; manage exchanges/returns
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner and assist with planogram updates
• Perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, headlight capsules) and light maintenance
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed
