O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of managers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will help lead a team in a fast-paced auto parts retail environment. The position emphasizes frontline service, merchandise control, order processing, and adherence to policy.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish) strongly encouraged as a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Answer phones per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds with correct methods, and stage returns.
• Ensure all merchandise including core charges and warranties is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff adhere to schedules and clock in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end cash procedures, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
