Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, service, appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of store leadership and a focus on customer satisfaction across retail and professional customers.

Responsibilities include supervising service levels, handling calls, processing orders and transfers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and secure store operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Must be able to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is desirable.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise the retail showroom customer service programs.
• Handle telephone calls according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and notify customers of shipments.
• Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security procedures.
