Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Experience in auto parts retail and automotive knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and programs.
• Answer telephone per company policy.
• Process ship-to-store, transfers and add orders promptly.
• Handle returns, refunds and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security checks.
