Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assist in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of management personnel, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes leading teams, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining positive customer experiences across the retail showroom and service programs.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills.
Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
ASE Certification advantageous.
Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
Answer phone in accordance with company policy.
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
