Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may take shift-management duties in the absence of leaders.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish desired) and bring automotive parts knowledge, retail sales experience, and ASE/RSS certifications. You’ll supervise showroom service, process orders and transfers, handle returns, and ensure security and daily

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish is highly desired.
• ASE Certification.
• RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed promptly and customers are contacted on shipment arrivals.
• Ensure returns are processed efficiently and refunds issued correctly.
