Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership.

Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply; strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required. Automotive knowledge or related retail experience is preferred and ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
