Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role includes shift management in the absence of store leadership and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

You will lead showroom service, ensure timely processing of transfers and orders, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Beginning from day one, you’ll contribute to a positive, fast-paced retail environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills.
• Must obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, automotive parts.
• Automotive systems knowledge and repair familiarity.
• ASE Certification desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute programs.
• Ensure calls and ship-to-store transfers are processed promptly and customers are notified.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately using proper payment methods.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, securing money, and safeguarding deposits.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
