Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy-compliant calls and transactions.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and coordinate store operations as needed.
