O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in California to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and support store management in daily tasks.

The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and familiarity with automotive parts. Bilingual Spanish is highly encouraged, and the company emphasizes growth and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging and sales/service ASE certification is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices per policy, offer related items.
