Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience is required.
• Must possess strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with safety rules and operating instructions is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Assist in store inventory processes.

Skills

Working knowledge of automotive systems

Effective communication skills

Ability to read and interpret documents

Basic math skills

Strong organizational skills

POS and Parts lookup systems experience

Customer relationship skills

Education

3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience

Valid driver’s license

ASE Certification (preferred)
