Qualifications
- Strong background in mechanics.
- Above average communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
- ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
- Take orders by phone/online, invoice, and route deliveries.
- Verify that warranty parts and cores are billed.
- Assist front and retail counters and backroom duties.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspections completed on time.
- Process labor claims quickly and efficiently.
