O’Reilly Auto Parts is looking for an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter and oversee delivery operations. You will coordinate with delivery staff to ensure accurate and timely orders while maintaining vehicle and fleet accuracy.

Responsibilities

Interact with installers and professional customers to build sales relationships.
Process orders by phone and online, invoice, pick/ship parts for delivery.
Direct delivery staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure daily mileage is logged in fleet devices.
Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers to service professional customers.
Verify that products, warranties, and cores are billed before checkout.
Process returns of cores and warranties promptly and correctly.
Assist on front and retail counters as needed; support backroom duties.
Handle labor claims efficiently and accurately; perform other duties as assigned.
