Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Quickly and accurately takes customer orders over the phone and online, invoices orders, directs delivery, and ensures timely, accurate deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Ensure inspections are completed on time and daily mileages are entered into fleet devices.
• Assist Sales Specialists and Territory Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify products, warranties, and cores are billed before customers leave.
• Credit returns promptly and verify warranty/ cores handling.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and proper tagging.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties such as auto-load, returns, stock.
• Assist with labor claims processing quickly and efficiently.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
