Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone/online, invoice orders, direct delivery to customers.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained.
• Verify product/merchandise and ensure warranties/cores are billed.
• Assist at front and retail counters and backroom duties.
• Process labor claims quickly and efficiently.
