Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, direct parts for delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained.
• Log daily mileages and ensure inspections are completed.
• Assist on front counter and backroom duties as needed.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned.
