Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure accurate, timely order deliveries.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery routing.
• Assist on front and retail counters, support backroom duties like returns and stock.
• Verify product/materials, warranties, and cores are billed before customers leave.
• Support labor claim processing and coordinate with Sales Specialists/Managers to service professional customers.
