NAPA is seeking a Store Counter Sales associate for our Hinckley, IL location. You’ll be the face of the store, helping customers with auto parts questions in person or by phone and using your parts knowledge to assist teammates.

You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and a readiness for a fast-paced retail environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn auto parts.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Love fast paced retail environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person at the counter or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions in our retail store.
• Welcome customers and engage to provide a positive experience.
