Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to streamline ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for repair orders. You will verify part quality and accuracy, ensuring timely delivery to the shop in line with the production schedule.

The role requires high attention to detail, good communication, and experience with automotive parts. Training in MIS systems and collaboration with vendors is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years experience with automotive parts preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts order, receipt, storage, dispatch and return per repair orders.
• Verify accuracy and timeliness of parts to support production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track price changes.
• Label and track parts by RO#, maintain organization with vehicles.
• Communicate parts needs and price changes to the team.
• Assist with vendor invoicing reconciliation and discounts.
