The NAPA Auto Parts Store Pro role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will provide automotive parts solutions, assist both retail and wholesale customers, and support store performance with product knowledge and responsiveness.

As a frontline team member, you will operate POS and inventory tools, keep customers engaged, and help maintain an organized, welcoming environment while supporting deliveries and orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Utilize delivery management systems to coordinate and dispatch deliveries, prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to store operations and team support tasks to optimize performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes.
