Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Monitor and improve customer service levels at the showroom with program execution.
• Help schedule staff for peak hours and assist in hiring and interviews.
• Coach team members and manage training progress and goals.
• Ensure all store operations, including receiving, invoicing, and stock handling, follow policy.
