Qualifications

• Previous customer service, loan processing, lending, banking, automotive finance, or administrative experience.
• Exposure to lending or loan-closing documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with MVD forms, GAP, warranties, insurance binders, and proof of income is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the lending and loan-closing process.
• Review, collect, and process documentation required for loan closings.
• Work with documents such as MVD paperwork, GAP information, warranties, insurance binders, proof of income, and other lending-related documentation.
• Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures.
• Enter and update customer and loan information in internal systems.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to obtain missing documentation.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
• Follow established lending, documentation, and customer-service procedures.
• Provide timely follow-up to move loans through processing and closing stages.
