Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in loan processing, loan servicing, or related financial services.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of lending processes and customer account management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience researching issues and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications, documents, and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Process loan transactions and maintain records in applicable systems.
• Coordinate funding activities and ensure required documentation is on time.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account maintenance.
• Support collateral management, title processing, insurance verification, and file admin.
• Ensure compliance with lending guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Research and resolve customer and account-related issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with credit, underwriting, accounting, customer service, sales, and legal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Assist with process documentation, training, and continuous improvement.
