• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the lending and loan-closing process.
• Review, collect, and process documentation required for loan closings.
• Work with documents such as MVD paperwork, GAP information, warranties, insurance binders, proof of income, and other lending-related documentation.
• Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures.
• Enter and update customer and loan information in internal systems.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to obtain missing documentation.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
• Follow established lending, documentation, and customer-service procedures.
• Provide timely follow-up to move loans through processing and closing stages.

Automotive Customer Service

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a lending and loan processing team with a well known organization in Albuquerque. This position is ideal for someone with customer service, lending, finance, automotive, banking, or loan-processing experience who is comfortable working with documentation and ensuring all required information is accurate and complete during the loan process. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and is paying up to $23/hjr DOE.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the lending and loan-closing process
• Review, collect, and process documentation required for loan closings
• Work with documents such as MVD paperwork, GAP information, warranties, insurance binders, proof of income, and other lending-related documentation
• Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures
• Assist customers with questions regarding documentation and loan-processing requirements
• Enter and update customer and loan information accurately in internal systems
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to obtain missing or incomplete documentation
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records
• Follow established lending, documentation, and customer-service procedures
• Provide timely follow-up to ensure loans move efficiently through the processing and closing stages

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, loan processing, lending, banking, automotive finance, or administrative experience
• Exposure to lending or loan-closing documentation is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with documents such as MVD forms, GAP, warranties, insurance binders, and proof of income is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable reviewing and processing a high volume of documentation
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, fully onsite in Albuquerque

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
