Job summary

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a servicing company in Albuquerque, NM to hire a Mortgage Payment Processor and Customer Service Representative. This is a fully on-site role, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with pay up to $22/hr.

Primary duties include behind-the-scenes processing, payment posting, and inquiry responses. Key responsibilities involve daily document scanning, file maintenance, ACH processing, and ensuring accuracy in loan records, with an emphasis on compliance and data

Qualifications

• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with mortgage servicing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scan and index daily documents and perform end-of-month scanning for electronic recordkeeping.
• Input and verify ARM index rates in the servicing system.
• Post mortgage payments accurately and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare endorsement letters related to servicing transactions.
• Maintain loan files and assist with audits and vault storage.
