McGavock Auto Group is seeking an Automotive IT Support Specialist — Dealership Operations to provide in-person and remote IT support across local dealership locations. The role focuses on Windows PC issues, device deployment, and Microsoft 365 user support to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and the ability to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

Two or more years of hands-on IT support or help desk experience.
Strong working knowledge of Windows PCs and Microsoft 365.
Experience with device setup, software deployment, and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide in-person and remote support for employees across dealership locations.
Diagnose and resolve Windows PC, laptop, printer, peripheral, Wi-Fi, software, and connectivity issues.
Prepare, deploy, replace, and maintain computers, monitors, phones, and other IT equipment.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding by preparing devices and access tasks.
Support Microsoft 365 user issues including Outlook and Teams.
