National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, is hiring a Direct Sales Agent Specialist. The role focuses on generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships through in-person and phone engagement in local markets.

You will develop a strong pipeline, conduct outbound outreach, and collaborate with leadership on sales initiatives, while staying informed on products and underwriting guidelines to meet performance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth.
