State Farm in Richardson, TX is seeking an experienced Injury Claims Handler to review and investigate bodily injury and property damage claims, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate fair settlements within policy limits.

You will gather information, analyze medical and police reports, collaborate with legal and medical teams, and support customers through often difficult situations. This hybrid role requires strong communication, empathy, and multi-tasking across systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required

Responsabilidades

• Review injury claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages
• Investigate by gathering information and interviewing involved parties
• Evaluate medical records and reports to assess injuries and liability
• Negotiate settlements within policy limits
• Document activities and prepare reports
• Collaborate with legal, medical, and risk teams
• Handle emotionally challenging investigations including traumatic injuries
• Work with Attorneys as needed
