• Reviewing and analyzing injury claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages
• Conducting investigations by gathering information and interviewing involved parties
• Evaluating medical records, police reports, and related documents to assess injuries and liability
• Negotiating settlements with claimants within policy limits
• Documenting all claim activities, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports
• Collaborating with legal, medical, and risk teams to ensure proper claim handling
• Handling may include lawsuits and/or demands with Attorneys
