Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience as a Claims Specialist in auto and/or property claims.
• Proficiency with CCC, Xactimate, XactContents and related estimating tools.
• Strong knowledge of auto/property insurance policies, coverage and claim handling.

Responsibilities

• Investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims.
• Applying policy knowledge and regulations when determining coverage, liability and damages.
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, written correspondence, and digital media.
• Effectively manage work through queues while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personalized, empathetic, and clear interactions with customers.
