Job summary

Safelite Fulfilment is seeking a Technician Trainee in the United States. This paid training program leads to Safelite SafeTech certification and a technician role specializing in auto glass repair, replacement, and recalibration.

You will learn through hands-on practice, classroom sessions, and project tasks, while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be paid to learn and apprentice the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training.
• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles, tools, and chemicals.
• Performs other duties as assigned and complies with policies.
